Digital Marketing Coordinator

I executed and implemented the Digital Marketing Plan for the latest campaign Moves With You. I crafted creative briefs to share with the design team and eventually delivered the final work across channels. Additionally, I initiated the first Photoshoot Brief, which was shared with the project manager, photographers, stylists, and the production team for the 'MWY' photoshoot campaign.

Furthermore, I monitored campaign performance, adjusted strategies based on data analysis, and provided insights for optimization.

The communication channels included email marketing, affiliate marketing, PR, Paid Social, SMS, and social media.

As a result, we achieved a +200% overall revenue increase compared to 2022 within two months of joining the startup.

Created and crafted the Marketing Plan and conducted the day-to-day project coordination and implementation of the Festival, while managing other concerts simultaneously.

Collaborating with cross-functional teams including promoters, creativity, social media, PR, and sponsors departments; I managed the advertising budget of the campaign and also identified and pursued opportunities to boost festival sales.
